After-School Program

We have partnered with Children’s Aid to offer high-quality after school care for up to 200 of our K – 5 students. We have been a Children's Aid Community School Partner for more than 20 years! Participation is free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. After-school care runs from 2:20 to 5:30 p.m. each school day.

Students participate in a variety of academic, recreational, and enrichment activities, including:

• Homework Help and Academic Support
• Sports and Physical Education (including basketball)
• STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Activities

Students who are not enrolled in the Children’s Aid After-School Program can participate in fun clubs and enrichment activities. These activities meet from 2:20 – 4:00 two days each week. Clubs operate in grade bands (K-2 and 3-5) so students can develop skills and socialize with other children in the same age range. Clubs meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays and include:

• Ballroom Dancing (3-5 Dancing Troupe)
• Global Dancers Gr. K-2
• Book Club
• Chess Club (Mondays)
• Coding Club: Pre-K
• Cooking Clubs (K-2 Global Chefs and 3-5 Global Delish)
• Lego Robotics League
• Chorus Gr. 3-5
• STEAM Club Gr. 3-5
